Woowaa Asset Management Co., Ltd. (Tax ID 94186325) — the address, the space and the contract are all ours. The application runs on our registered-address system, 404 RENT, so the login email, ID check, contract and payment happen there and emails will come from 404 RENT.
Your company name pre-check, the representative’s ID, and your accountant’s contact details if you have one. The member area lists each item as you go. On our side we issue the building-use consent and lease documents you need for filing.
